Summer Operations Manager- CEO Beijing
This internship is offered through the Columbia Experience Overseas (CEO) program. To learn more about CEO, go to http://www.careereducation.columbia.edu/findajob/cce-internship/ceo. All CEO 2017 internships will be posted on LionSHARE during the Fall 2016 semester and January 2017 on a rolling basis. To find CEO internship postings, search under the Internships tab on LionSHARE, and use the “Label” function. You may apply to up to eight (8) positions of interest across all CEO locations (Amman, Beijing, Hong Kong, London, Mumbai, Shanghai, Seoul, and Singapore). There are at least two required components to all CEO
position applications and potentially more as requested by each employer as

- Transcript (This is your spring course schedule which you should access by logging onto Student Services Online, clicking on “My Schedule” and copying and pasting your Spring 2017 course schedule into a Microsoft Word Document. The schedule should show your full name, your school, your Spring 2017 Courses, and your enrollment status.)
- Cover Letter (if required, click Apply Now and check for required documents)

ResumeHack offers our Operations Manager Intern an exciting opportunity to be in a managerial role for other local interns, developing important management and leadership skills that will be beneficial in the long run.
You will be reporting directly to the CEO, who is a Columbia alum and experienced career coach and entrepreneur.
Requirements:
- We’re looking for people with energy and self-motivation. Ideal candidates should be creative and insightful problem solvers, enjoy working with teams, and have an entrepreneurial spirit
- Must be fluent in writing both English and Simplified Chinese
Key responsibilities:
- In charge of creating the workflow of the operations team to train other interns into experienced resume editors
- Creating KPI's for the operations team and working with the CEO to improve the efficiency of the operations team as a whole
- Conduct user survey to deep-dive into user experience when using our product and service, work closely with tech development team to improve our product to better suit users' needs
