The International Marketing Intern will be tasked with supporting this expansion, from building up our social media presence to helping navigate sales channels in the US.

1. Channel Development: As Mantra expands into the US, we will need to develop both an online and an offline presence there. This will require both research and implementation surrounding the practical requirements of successfully running an import-focused e-commerce brand in the US. Researching suitable sales channels and partners and helping to develop strategies to properly leverage these partners will be crucial to this role.

2. English-language Social Media Management: As Mantra has been primarily focused on Chinese social media, our English-language social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram etc) are not yet fully developed. The International Marketing Intern will help to develop and operate these channels, including the production and distribution of relevant content.

3. China-Focused English-Language Marketing: Though the large majority of our customers in China are Chinese, Mantra also has English-speaking clientele within China. A significant part of the International Marketing Intern’s responsibilities will involve targeting, marketing to and servicing international customers resident in China.
