Summer Intern-CEO Mumbai

This internship is offered through the Columbia Experience Overseas (CEO) program. To learn more about CEO, go to http://www.careereducation.columbia.edu/findajob/cce-internship/ceo. All CEO 2017 internships will be posted on LionSHARE during the Fall 2016 semester and January 2017 on a rolling basis. To find CEO internship postings, search under the Internships tab on LionSHARE, and use the “Label” function. You may apply to up to eight (8) positions of interest across all CEO locations (Amman, Beijing, Hong Kong, London, Mumbai, Shanghai, Seoul, and Singapore).

There are at least two required components to all CEO position applications and potentially more as requested by each employer as outlined below :

The following documents must be submitted through LionSHARE for each position of interest:

  1. Resume
  2. Transcript (This is your spring course schedule which you should access by logging onto Student Services Online, clicking on “My Schedule” and copying and pasting your Spring 2017 course schedule into a Microsoft Word Document. The schedule should show your full name, your school, your Spring 2017 Courses, and your enrollment status.
  3. Cover Letter (if required, click Apply Now and check for required documents)
  4. Other materials (ex: Writing Sample, etc. if required, click Apply Now and check for required documents)

The CEO program runs June 12- August 4, 2017. Submit your completed applications via LionSHARE by Sunday, February 12, 2017.

Internship description:

The Knowledge Intern will work closely with the knowledge team on the following:
• Knowledge initiatives: The Knowledge team of Spencer Stuart focuses on generating knowledge through initiatives such as studies, intellectual capital, and proactive mapping projects with the aim to maintain Spencer Stuart’s position in the market as a "trusted advisor" and partner on leadership and governance topics. Recent initiatives undertaken are the CEO Transition Study, Top 40 under 40 Study, India Board Index and diversity themed topics like Women to Watch in Corporate India, Women on Corporate Boards etc.
The Knowledge Intern will work closely with the Knowledge team and partner on ongoing initiatives ensuring smooth delivery. Besides the initiatives mentioned above, the Spencer Stuart team also drives various convening events across their industry practices discussing relevant and present industry topics, thus providing a healthy platform to develop these discussions into whitepapers.
