Rotational Associate

We are seeking individuals with an impressive record of academic or professional achievement to join our Rotational Associates Program. We’re looking for candidates with raw talent, intellectual curiosity, and an interest in finance to become the next generation of leaders at our firm. As a Rotational Associate, you’ll spend 12-18 months rotating through four departments, working on interesting projects while getting broad exposure to the firm's activities. Past associates have gone on to manage investment portfolios and make other significant contributions at the firm. While we welcome applicants with a background in mathematics, computer science, or economics, we are equally interested in speaking with accomplished and numerate liberal arts graduates, regardless of major, who are looking for a new challenge.
