Paradigm Talent Agency seeks highly motivated and qualified internship candidates who are passionate about artist representation. In addition to being organized and efficient, candidates should possess a strong understanding and interest in the music industry. Candidates will be expected to thrive in a fast-paced, highly competitive and demanding environment.

Requirements include: Current enrollment in college and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Prior entertainment industry internships and experience is a plus.
