Summer 2019 Overseas Intern - CEO Hong Kong
CEO Program Description:
This internship is offered through the Columbia Experience Overseas (CEO) program. To learn more about CEO, go to http://www.careereducation.columbia.edu/findajob/cce-internship/ceo. All CEO 2019 internships will be posted on LionSHARE during the Fall 2018 semester and January 2019 on a rolling basis. To find CEO internship postings, search under the Internships tab on LionSHARE, and use the “Label” function. You may apply to up to eight (8) positions of interest across all CEO locations. You can find all CCE Sponsored Internship positions by going to https://www.careereducation.columbia.edu/jobs-internships/cce-internship-program-positions/search. You must be in good academic and judicial standing with Columbia University to be eligible to participate in the program. By submitting an application, I authorize the Center for Career Education to conduct academic and disciplinary checks to confirm program eligibility.

Overview of role and responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing information and research materials; create and maintain PowerPoint presentations
- Take notes and memos during meetings
- Research and gather documentation on company position in the industry
- Attend company activities and networking events
- Presentation the project result to senior management

- A keen interest in the real estate industry.
- A strong passion to expand your horizons and gain a fruitful working experience with Sino Group.
- Creativity, initiative, team spirit and a good learning attitude.
- Courage to challenge the status quo.
- A drive for continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Command of Cantonese is highly desirable for you to be able to maximize learning during the internship period. Putonghua would be an advantage.
- Possession of some knowledge about the real estate market in Hong Kong would be an advantage.
Payment: HKD$10,000 Monthly

There are at least two required components to all CEO position applications and potentially more as requested by each employer as outlined below:

- Resume
- Transcript (This is your spring course schedule which you should access by logging onto Student Services Online, clicking on “My Schedule” and copying and pasting your Spring 2019 course schedule into a Microsoft Word Document. The schedule should show your full name, your school, your Spring 2019 Courses, and your enrollment status.)
- Cover Letter (if required - click ‘Apply Now’ and check for required documents)
- Other materials (ex: Writing Sample, etc. if required - click ‘Apply Now’ and check for required documents)
The CEO program runs June 10- August 2, 2019. Students must participate for the entire duration of the program. Submit your completed applications via LionSHARE by Sunday, February 10, 2019.
