Summer 2019 Human Resources Intern - CEO Hong Kong

CEO Program Description:

About the position:
• Assisting the busy Human Resources department with their day-to-day activities. This includes:
• Assisting with the coordination of the summer vacation students during their 4 week legal internship with the firm (from helping organise inductions programmes, to confirming seat allocations, organising social events, arranging assessments days, exit interviews)
• Assisting with administrative tasks (including preparing offer letters, posting vacancies on-line, managing candidate database)
• Assisting with the coordination of inductions (liaising with IT, booking meeting rooms, etc.);
• Assisting with the coordination of submitting and collecting Work Visas;
• Assisting the HR team with ad-hoc day-to-day issues; and
• Filing and document management.

Qualifications
• Detail oriented;
• Good time management skills;
• Works well in a team environment;
• Chinese language skills an advantage; and
• Previous experience in HR an advantage

Pay: HKD$10,000/ monthly

The schedule should show your full name, your school, your Spring 2019 Courses, and your enrollment status.)
  3. Cover Letter (if required - click ‘Apply Now’ and check for required documents)
  4. Other materials (ex: Writing Sample, etc. if required - click ‘Apply Now’ and check for required documents)
The CEO program runs June 10- August 2, 2019. Students must participate for the entire duration of the program. Submit your completed applications via LionSHARE by Sunday, February 10, 2019.
