What I liked
Big startup environment with a size comparable to other growth technology companies. Flat/horizontal management structure, lots of facetime with upper-management C-suite execs. Looking at business from data and financial point of view, ability to drive initiatives to solve issues
What I wish was different
More opportunity to be more in-depth into product development as opposed to higher level big picture.
Advice
Be in the frontline of revenue generating business and make yourself an irreplaceable asset for the team.

What I liked
The "fun" culture in the office. I created strong bonds with many of my coworkers, so it was hard to leave the people. Verizon merged AOL and Yahoo to create the company, Oath, and it felt neat to be a part of a brand new company.
What I wish was different
I wish that I experienced more change. I felt my position was extremely repeatitive and I did not learn as much as I thought that I would.
Advice
It allowed me to see how the "back-office" works of a company. I learned that I want to work on the "front-end", but it was neat to understand how the back office learned.
